Nikos Potamianos is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of ORBIS Strategic Solutions, and a Founding Partner of THE HOUSE OF WORTH—an award-winning firm operating at the nexus of masterplanning, investment advisory, and high-impact development across Africa and Europe.
With a distinguished career spanning over 35 years, Nikos brings a wealth of expertise as a business strategist, economist, and financial executive. He has held senior roles across sectors including insurance, real estate, gaming, hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing, and corporate finance—most notably as Group CFO and strategic lead in multinational corporations, and as the founder of the NPE Group in both Greece and South Africa.
His work with Worth International has seen him collaborate on sovereign initiatives, large-scale infrastructure projects, family wealth platforms, and masterplans that redefine cities, industries, and legacies. These global engagements inform the methodology and insight he brings to every Orbis engagement.

With over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business consulting, Nikos Papalexopoulos serves as Managing Partner of ORBIS Strategic Solutions Greece. A graduate of the Accounting Department of ATEI Patras and holder of a Class A Accountant License since 2000, Nikos has earned recognition as a trusted advisor to companies navigating complex financial and regulatory landscapes.
He is the founder of NPE Group, a member of Worth International, where he led advisory services to a broad portfolio of businesses across multiple industries. His expertise spans corporate structuring, strategic tax planning, financial management, and compliance, consistently helping organisations achieve efficiency, strengthen resilience, and position themselves for long-term transformation.
At ORBIS, Nikos spearheads the firm’s presence in Greece, positioning it as a strategic hub that connects Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He partners with multinationals, family offices, and entrepreneurs, delivering cross-border solutions in corporate advisory, debt and equity strategy, and investment structuring.
Deeply rooted in the Achaia region where he lives with his wife and two children, Nikos balances a global outlook with local commitment, remaining actively engaged in community initiatives. Ioanna Mitropoulou

Ioanna Mitropoulou is an emerging professional with a multifaceted background spanning accounting, administration, and digital marketing. Currently serving as an Assistant Accountant at NPE Group, she manages both simplified and double-entry bookkeeping systems, including tax declarations, electronic records, and financial reporting. Skilled in leading accounting software, Ioanna contributes to monthly financial results preparation and supports client performance forecasting with accuracy and insight.
Her career path reflects diverse experience across sectors. She previously worked in customer service and operations within Logistics and Tech, strengthening her client relations, multitasking, and crisis management capabilities. She also brings over four years of expertise as an E-Shop and Social Media Manager, where she managed product portfolios, directed digital marketing campaigns, and coordinated influencer collaborations.
Beyond finance and digital media, Ioanna has explored event planning and public relations as a Wedding & Events Planner at Special Event, and earlier, journalism as a Reporter at Plus Media Group, where she produced news coverage, radio segments, and editorial features.
Ioanna holds a degree in Social and Cooperative Business Administration from the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Western Greece (now the University of Patras). She has also earned professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Digital Workshop) and Speaking Confidently and Effectively (LinkedIn Learning).
Fluent in Greek and proficient in English, with additional knowledge of French and Spanish, Ioanna combines analytical accounting expertise with strong communication and digital fluency.
